My name is Adanchilla Pauls. I come from the Tahltan and Tlingit nations and am a proud member of the champagne and Aishihik First Nations. Adanchilla is my traditional name which means strong, powerful little women. I have been beading since I was 6 years old. As I grew up I became more and more passionate about my art which is the backbone of who I am and a way I express myself. Beadwork helps my mental health. I feel connected to my indigenous ways of life and staying connected to my culture. I love beading and I hope my artwork makes you feel beautiful, confident and inspired.
